Yesterday I promised accountability, so here it is: Today I logged all my food. It wasn’t pretty. It got increasingly unpretty as the day went on. But I did it. The numbers: Starting weight (January 2011): 233 lbs Current weight: 212 lbs This week: +2 lbs Overall: -21 lbs That is all.
Tale of the Scale

I’m still trying to find a balance between blogging and coding (I’m writing the next killer fitness app, dontcha know), and consequently failed to post an update yesterday (or even include one in my Losing It post! Ooops!)
I think my nose is skinnier

It’s Monday. Monday is my weigh-in day (sort of). But while I am very interested in seeing those numbers go down, I am also enjoying seeing some of the other changes in my body – and my lifestyle.
